Extreme Connectivity: Reaching Where No One Else Can (Logistics & Height)

Deploying an industrial Wi-Fi network is not just about configuring equipment. It requires heavy machinery, safety certifications, and the logistical capability to reach the most challenging points of your infrastructure.

Connectivity at height: from blueprint to reality

When designing a wireless network on paper, placing an access point 15 meters high to cover a silo area seems simple: it’s just a point on a diagram.

Reality is very different. Turning that point into a working installation requires more than IT knowledge. It demands industrial operational capability, technical resources, and experience working in environments where mistakes are not an option.

In this article, we show how we approach these extreme deployments and what it really takes to deliver connectivity where others cannot.

1. It’s not just a ladder

For perimeter installations or exterior façades, ladders quickly become inadequate. They don’t provide the reach, stability, or safe working conditions required.

That’s why we deploy articulated boom lifts, capable of overcoming architectural obstacles, reaching significant heights, and enabling precise and secure equipment installation.

Reach and safety: our technicians are certified to operate elevating work platforms (MEWP).

2. Coordination and safety (H&S)

In industrial environments, safety is non-negotiable. Before lifting a technician more than 10 meters off the ground, extensive preparation is required: contractor coordination, permits, risk assessments, and work zone segregation.

Our teams arrive on site with the appropriate personal protective equipment and, most importantly, the training to use it correctly in real-world conditions.

On-site coordination and precise execution. The scissor lift provides stability for high-accuracy façade work.

3. Complex interiors: silos and large structures

The challenge is not always outside. In many industrial facilities, the most demanding scenarios are found indoors: silos, walkways, process piping, and high concrete structures with limited space.

Accessing these areas requires meticulous planning and full control of the maneuver, especially when working among critical, operational infrastructure.

Critical environments: maneuvering heavy machinery among process infrastructure requires precision and experience.

True turnkey service

When we say “we take care of everything,” we mean it. That includes equipment rental, transport, and operation. You just open the door — we bring the means to reach as high as your network needs.

Practical application in real projects

These deployments are not edge cases. They are part of everyday operations in logistics, industrial, and mission-critical environments where connectivity is as essential as safety.

By combining network engineering expertise with real field operations, we deliver reliable results while reducing risk and execution time — without compromising quality.
